Rozwiązanie @"Fyeem" jest poprawne, atrybut a obsługuje nie tylko linki do stron (protokół http) ale też inne protokoły, w tym np. ts3server który zazwyczaj otwiera daną aplikacje jeśli ta jest zainstalowana na komputerze.
Jako "link" używasz w tym momencie ts3server://xx.xxx.xx.xxx:yyyy.
