Błąd Global.css

Siemka, mam taki problem iż nie działa mi global.css chce mieć 2 subfora lub prefixy i nie działa mimo tego wklejam.
Proszę o pomoc !

@Edit pokaż screena z ACP > Style i szablony > Twój szablon

Pokaż swój global.css, najlepiej to przeinstaluj styl.

I nie pokazuj SS z szablonów tylko z ACP -> Style i szablony -> Style -> Twój_styl
