Zmień powyższą linijkę na tą:

ale i tak nie dziala :/

Na pewno masz nazwę .htaccess, a nie htaccess.txt? Z tego co widzę to nawet zmian pozostałych reguł nie ma. Masz go w głównym katalogu z zainstalowanym MyBB?
